Refund Policy
Eatselecta is a platform for merchants in the hospitality space (restaurants, cafes, bars and similar establishments) to allow their customers to order their food & drink products in-location, or for delivery / take-away / pick up.
For any disputes, customers are requested to contact the customer support number of the merchant that will be in the order confirmation mail. Merchants are authorized to process refunds based on their business rules. Refunds will be processed by the merchant usually within 48 hours and credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank. Alternatively the merchant may offer an alternate refund method if available.
